DAILY VAULT RULES.

An eligible connected wallet receives 1 free Daily Vault Entry. No SOL payment and no $TCGVAULT purchase is required to receive this standard entry.

• Entries refresh every 24 hours.
• Unused entries do not roll over or accumulate.
• Connecting a wallet does not transfer funds or tokens by itself.

The connected wallet's eligible $TCGVAULT balance is used to determine its daily holder bonus:

• Under 1,000 $TCGVAULT: +0 bonus — 1 total entry per day.
• Bronze — 1,000+ $TCGVAULT: +1 bonus — 2 total entries per day.
• Gold — 10,000+ $TCGVAULT: +2 bonus — 3 total entries per day.
• Diamond — 25,000+ $TCGVAULT: +4 bonus — 5 total entries per day.

TCG Central may re-check the connected wallet's $TCGVAULT balance when an entry is used. Moving tokens between wallets does not create a right to duplicate holder benefits.

TCG Central does not sell individual Vault spins or entries for SOL or $TCGVAULT. The standard Daily Vault Entry is free. $TCGVAULT may be available to buy separately as the project's token, but buying $TCGVAULT is not required to receive the standard daily entry.

The Vault starts in Demo Mode. Demo entries and demo spins never award a real prize. TCG Central will only enable Live Mode after the combined treasury value reaches 5 SOL-equivalent, prize funding is confirmed, the secure entry/claim system is ready, and Live Mode is explicitly enabled server-side.

Only prizes clearly marked as live and available in the Vault form part of a live promotion. Browsing the Vault does not use an entry.

• Each valid entry is treated according to the live winner-selection method shown for that promotion.
• Any demo, preview or test mode does not award a live prize.
• A displayed prize may be removed or replaced before a promotion starts, but not after a valid winning result has been confirmed for that prize.

A valid live win is reserved to the winning wallet and recorded against a unique claim reference. The winner has 72 hours from the recorded win time to choose a claim option, unless a promotion clearly states a different deadline before entry.

The launch claim options are (A) the physical collectible or (B) 80% of the prize's confirmed current market value paid in SOL. The applicable valuation and SOL conversion must be confirmed before payout.

Reasonable checks may be carried out to confirm the winning wallet and entry validity. If the physical prize is chosen, delivery details are requested only after that choice and are used only for fulfilment and necessary records.

Prize delivery availability may depend on the winner's location. Any material shipping restriction will be shown before the relevant promotion opens. Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for any local import charges or taxes that may apply.

Shipping information is private claim data. It is not displayed publicly and should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, support and any applicable legal or accounting records.

TCG Central may reject, cancel or investigate entries where there is reasonable evidence of automated abuse, duplicate claiming, manipulation, exploitation of a technical fault, false information or an attempt to bypass daily entry limits.

Wallet activity and platform records may be used to verify an entry or claim. A technical display error does not create a right to a prize that was not validly awarded.

If the website, wallet provider, Solana network or Vault system is unavailable or produces an obvious error, TCG Central may pause entries or claims while the issue is investigated. Where records disagree, the project's verified entry and prize records will be used to determine whether a valid entry or prize result occurred.

Participants must be legally permitted to enter the promotion and receive the relevant prize in their location. TCG Central may restrict a promotion where local law, sanctions, shipping limitations or platform requirements prevent participation or prize delivery.

Where a promotion has an age, territory or other specific eligibility requirement, that requirement will be displayed before the promotion opens.

$TCGVAULT is the TCG Central project token. Creator rewards from the launch platform are intended to be received by the project treasury in $CARDS. The site values treasury $CARDS together with any native SOL and displays the combined value as SOL-equivalent. The initial funding milestone for Live Mode is 5 SOL-equivalent, but reaching that value does not by itself switch real prizes on.

• The current project allocation is intended to direct approximately 50% of creator rewards toward prizes.
• The remaining approximately 50% supports development, hosting and platform enhancement.

This allocation describes the project's current operating intention and may be adjusted if the project changes. Buying or holding $TCGVAULT does not guarantee a profit, prize or future token value.

TCG Central may update these rules, holder tiers, prize pools or Vault mechanics as the project develops. Changes apply prospectively from the time the updated rules are published and will not be used to remove a prize already validly won under an earlier live promotion.
